Anyone know what might be the problem? I can’t seem to figure it out. Shifting is okay, but in almost every gear the chain keeps cracking and making weird noises, and it’s undriveable. I got a new chain and cassette a couple of days ago, so I figured the guy at the shop didn’t adjust the screws properly—but that doesn’t seem to be it. After multiple adjustments, it still acts like this.
What could be the reason for the cracking and noise besides derailleur screw adjustment?

Bent hanger or derailleur cage? Although a chain past it’s life (thus, extended links) can also do this, but you say it’s new. Screw will only affect the smallest cog.
