thinking of slamming it next, flipping it to fixie and removing the brake. painting the front wheel along with the back. Any colour suggestions? I dont ride this bike daily anymore so might as well make it as fun and dangerous as possible

Your shoulders will hate you later
I would think twice about removing the brake and going fixed, specially with no foot retention.
fork link?
Keep the brake. Brakeless is not something you should feel like you have to do, like ever. Let alone when you’re just starting out.
dangerous & fun should not be in the same sentence. . .just sayin
as for your modifications, you should keep the brake for good measure. rather than go fixed, try changing the your ratio, a wider tire on the front & even wider on the back. find some drop bars or flip some cruiser bars & cut a few inches off the ends, so they tuck in a bit , making it tighter. your stem is fine like this… as for a wheel color, make it LOUD , even reflective would be rad. experimenting with these mods is trial & error & you will have to change thangs up in order to get that comfortable riding position you want & but when you do, you will know it. may the force be w/you
my most recent build & pretty quick – lots of fun- GT Outpost
