Hello. We are back after Croatia. Did I vlog in Croatia? No. Not really. And I think you know why.
I really wanted to rest. I was also feeling ill. I literally fell ill once a month. Every month since I’ve moved here. I am so clearly
which I clearly blame myself for, because I think that just means
that I am missing out on some sort of nutrient
that I was getting before. So I think it’s vitamin C, I think I haven’t been having enough,
like citrus in my life. So I have bought like this ginger pressed ginger juice
and orange juice to start mixing myself. Little ginger
orange juice shots in the morning and I have vitamin C supplements. Now I’m going to try to go
like full steam ahead because I’ve been sick
for the last couple of days. I was sick last month. I was sick the month
before that, the month before that. Like literally, I’m taking more sick days
than I’ve ever taken in my life. I’ve never been this sick in my life.
But here we are. We’re back and we are getting ready
to go out on a date. So the dating never stops here in Munich,
to be honest. It’s always somebody to go out
and have dinner with. So that’s what we’re doing tonight. I literally got back this morning. I did a bunch of errands, got a message asking me out for dinner,
and I was like, okay, sounds good. So let’s get ready to go out for dinner. I want to say my big accomplishment in Croatia is that I feel like
I finally get some color on my face, I didn’t really get much color
on my face in Greece or anywhere else. And I think that’s because I was wearing,
like copious amounts of sunscreen on my face. But this time in Croatia, I was like,
no I need color on my face, because I feel like it just
looks like freckles are popping. So I want I want the frecks. All right. Let me start with the base. Because we’ve got the gorgeous frecks. We’re not going to do any foundation
today. We’re going to do the usual kind of like everyday makeup
look because it’s a first date. So I feel like
if I go full glam, it’s a bit much. I think I want to go
like as authentic as possible. And then you know, make your decision
on whether you think I’m pretty or not. And anyways, I feel like
the drama is going to be my outfit because I have my outfit in my head
and I think it’s going to be real cute. It’s going to be a little moment is a
Saturday night date, you know what I mean? So let’s have a little bit of fun when,
you know, we’re going to go out to a bar like let’s, you know what I mean? Let’s have a bit of a fun outfit. We don’t need to do something
super conservative. This was like a brunch date or something. Obviously I would,
but this is a Saturday night date. And even if I don’t like the guy,
this is for me. It’s not really for him. All he needs to do
is pay for dinner and drinks, and this would be an okay
enough date for me. Croatia was lovely, by the way. Thank you for asking. I had a really fun time
doing literally nothing. My mom was at a wedding
the first couple of days. I had a couple days on my own
fending for myself in the streets of Pula. It was really nice though. The season is over so like everything’s
closed on Sundays now. And I came on a Sunday,
so I came on a Sunday. My mom was already out of town. There was no food,
no grocery store to go to. I was a bit sad, but hey, we made it. I ate a lot of eggs basically because that was the one thing
that was left in her fridge. Some eggs. And I am being a little bit dramatic,
like there were restaurants open, so I didn’t go to a restaurant,
so I was really only hungry for like 2.5 hours. But I would like to be very dramatic
about those two hours. So we’ll do the usual guys,
the usual, starting with trying to conceal all the frickin color, redness
and darkness around my eyes. I don’t know why my eyes are like this,
they’re always like this. Some people actually like it. I have gotten compliments before where guys are like, oh,
I really like how like red your eyes are. What does that even mean? I don’t know, I feel like sometimes guys
just say things. The compliments mean nothing,
but in that moment they just they want to say something nice, which,
you know, I appreciate. I did already eat a little bit because
I never go to a dinner date fully hungry. Two reasons. Reason number one,
you’re going to drink. So I’m drinking on an empty stomach and say something a little loosey goosey
in front of someone you don’t know. Reason number two I have had this happen
and we have talked about this before, but I have had this happen,
and now I feel like I’m traumatized from it, where like a guy asked me out to a restaurant
and then did not eat anything. And it’s super awkward because it’s like,
but why did you ask me to a restaurant? And then they’re like,
oh yeah, I’m not hungry. Okay, I’m gonna be hungry later. No, I don’t I’m not really in the mood
to eat. Like, what is that? Why why are we doing this? Why didn’t you just schedule
like, a walk or something? I guess because you knew I wouldn’t
show up. But it’s weird. It’s super weird. So now
I just eat a little something ahead. So it’s like, if that were to happen, I wouldn’t be like, ugh,
well I’m so hungry most anyways. Just leave,
go home, enjoy the rest of my night. So the weather here in
Munich is a bit iffy. I think it’ll probably rain, but I’m going to maintain my outfit
as I have envisioned it. And then the rain will just be,
you know, we’ll just deal with it when we get to that stage. I will do like a little bit of an eye, not much of an eye,
but just like a little bit of an eye. It’s the Charlotte Tilbury smokey
eye palette. I did buy that Armani eye shadow tint,
which I’m actually super excited about, because that looks like something
that I would love, which is just something
that’s super easy to use. And I love when makeup is easy to use. So the goal here with this is not actually
to do the full smoky eye. I just want to add a little bit of color. And what I really like to do
is take the second shade in this palette. This should here
and just put a little bit here under my eye,
because I like the way it looks. I don’t know if you can see it. I don’t know if that makes a difference
anyone else, but I like it. And I think makeup is more for yourself
than it is for the other person. This is more me
having a good time than it is you having something to kind of like,
judge and enjoy. I’m happy with that.
And we also have the super cute little Patrick Tas,
though I need a different one. So this is the one I want. This is the talk to my team duo. I’m going to take the top color. Just very iridescent. Let’s get a little sparkle sparkle. I think I’m happy with the eye Mascara’s going to make the big difference
when I get to that point. Next. I’m just need to add a little, contour. So the usual anastasia stick. I got a little bit of a pimple, which is super annoying,
but I’m going to see my dermatologist. I have a new dermatologist here in Munich. He’s cool. And I’m gonna talk to him about reapplying my retinol because I’m pretty much out of my old retinol
and I need him to save me. Looking good. This is like one of my favorite
features on my face is like where these little indents
are under my cheekbones. All right. This is my favorite part. It’s the blush going in with the cream
first, as per. It’s not how Patrick tells you
to do it, but. This is how I wouldn’t do it today. So pretty. I love. It’s perfect. Wonderful. Now, what we need to do is
I want to fill in my eyebrows a bit. I’ve been using the Fenty Beauty brow stick recently for my eyebrows,
I’ve switched on the, one size because it’s really hard
to get one size products in Europe. This is super nice though. I do like it. I think Rihanna
just always does a great job. And then for those who care, the color
I use is light brown number nine. Nice. Just a little bit filled in. When winter comes,
I will use a darker color for my brows. But now that we’re still in summer, I like to use a little bit of a lighter color so that my brows
don’t feel so heavy on the face. But come winter,
I like a bit more contrast. I like to really kind of have. My brows and features really pop against how pale and fair
my skin is going to look in the winter. So I change up the style a little bit. So let’s do a dusting. Now we’re going to hit the under eyes
with some powder as well. And then we’re going to go mascara. Stunning. Honestly, all of the best sort of finishing powder stuff
was from Charlotte Tilbury. And you know, it’s going to be good
because this is what the British girls use. And British girls
are serious about their makeup. Whatever they use is the good stuff. I also like to do it around my chin,
so I don’t like a lot of reflection in that area. Okay, I’m gonna pause here to the mascara. I’m also going to brush my teeth. Floss, make sure that’s all looking really nice. And then the next time we chat,
I will have the outfit on to talk about the outfit. All right guys,
let’s talk about the outfit. So I’ve got it on here. It is a bit like of a casual
but playful type of look. So I’ve got on my favorite little vintage
jeans. Something comfortable, tried and true. These are the ones that I got
in New York For shoes. I don’t think you can see my boots, but I’m wearing these cute little boots
I got from Massimo Dutti last year. Got on my little suede jacket. And then the fun top is this really cool kind of convertible white shirt
from Paloma Wool. So this is what the shirt looks like. Basically. What’s nice about it is it
has these additional buttons on the sides. You can button it straight up
like a normal shirt or to the side, which gives it
this sort of like v neck effect. So I think this will be quite fun because
we’re going out for like a nice dinner, and then we’re going to go for like a jazz
bar type of place. So I think this will be like a fun outfit. I actually might change the jeans
to something a little bit darker now that I see it on camera,
but I think the top is great. I think the top is a good time. I think it’s a bit of fun,
and it’s definitely going to be something that I’m going to be wearing
more as we get into the fall. I think this is just a fun top. And then for The perfume of the night, I feel like enjoying this perfume
recently. It is from MFK. Okay, let’s
see if the camera would focus on it. Yes, it’s one of his new fragrances. It’s called quirky. It’s supposed to smell like sweet
little gummy bears and such a fun scent. I really enjoy it. And unlike Baccarat Rouge
and some of the other scent that MFK has made,
it is a lot more close and personal. You really only smell it once you’re near
the person, so I think it’s super fun. But yeah guys, that is my update. I’m gonna run now to the station
so that I’m not late for this. And I will talk to you later. Bye. Hello. Welcome back. Fashion week has wrapped up. And what I love seeing people
talk about doing fashion week is like, what’s in
what’s out following Fashion week. And so I want to talk a little bit about
my what’s in, what’s out for September. We’re now into October. Right. So it’s a bit of a recap of everything
from September and then just sharing some reflections
in general because I feel like I haven’t had quite a lot of opportunities
to just take a step, reflect, share what’s been on my mind,
these sorts of things. I feel like everything’s
been going at such a pace that I haven’t really had the time
to even think about what is on my mind. So I figured this would be such
a great opportunity to get into it. And I’m trying something different
with the jewelry. Right. So I got the rings on. Are we loving it? We’ve got the Bulgari,
the Chanel crush, the Cartier Love Hermes chain ring,
and then obviously the same stack. And I absolutely loved
this tan line from my Cartier Love stack. I think this is my point of pride. Every time I go somewhere sunny is to see
this little tan line come up. And then for the earrings,
I’m kind of sick of my Cartier hoops hammering these hoops right now, but I’ve actually ordered
some new diamonds, so I’m waiting for the diamonds
to come in. And then we’re going
to have a full diamond stack, because you might have heard me
mention it in that hour long Greece vlog. I don’t know why you wouldn’t
watch the entire hour long vlog. But my friend
while I was traveling in Greece with has the most sickening
full diamond ear stack going on right now, and I just like
could not get it off my mind. So obviously I have to copy her. So I’m waiting for my new diamond studs
to get it. I don’t know when they’ll come
in, probably at the end of October, but when they do come
in, you’ll get a look at that. But yeah, we’re going to go
for a full diamond stack. But for now we’re just going to do
different hoops in the meantime. So anyways, let’s get right into
what’s in for September. So first thing and this is in
no particular order, First thing I want to mention regarding what’s in for September
is wearing really cute bangles. So these are bangles
that I had gotten during my trip to Greece in Burgundy and black,
and I just love them. I think they’re so cool. I love the little pearl element as well. This is just unique to the artisan
that I got these bangles from, but I think big chunky bangles
are definitely in for September and I’m going to link
in the description box. Some big chunky bangles
that I am a fan of. So you can take a look at that and see if
maybe any of them pique your interest. But yeah,
I got these while I was in Athens. I think they are so gorgeous. I think it’s just kind of fun
to do a little bit of arm candy with the big chunky bangles
and like a cuff, like a Tiffany bone cuff, add the cuff in there. It’ll be nice to add a little bit of spice to your arm,
beyond just wearing your usual sweaters. Another thing
that for personally for me, is in for September is wearing a watch. So the watch that I’ve been wearing
the most recently is my little Cartier Panthere. This is one of the 2 or 3 two new watches
that I got recently. The other watch that I got recently
was my AP. I am going to do like a little bit
of a dedicated update on the AP, because you guys had asked
for an update once. I’ve been wearing it for six months, so once we reach that milestone, I will do
more of an update on the Royal Oak. But I would say I have been wearing
my watches really, really often. I think this Cartier one obviously goes
really lovely with the stack, but in general
I just find it so chic when ladies and men are wearing their watches. And I really loved looking at people’s
watches when I was at Octoberfest this year. I loved seeing people
wearing their different like Cartier tanks or they are wearing,
you know, Omega watches, or they’re wearing like a Casio,
like it doesn’t matter. But I think there is a little bit of your personality
and your personal taste that can come through
from your watch choices. So I really have enjoyed wearing
this watch. Still need to get it sized
but it’s been alright. It hasn’t been falling off
my wrist, so it’s all right. Another thing that’s been carrying me through September is candles. So this is one of the candles that I had
picked up from the boutique a while ago. This one is really lovely. I don’t know which scent it is, but
it’s very nice and it smells super good. I wish there was like, smellovision
so that you could smell how delightful this candle is. But I just love candles. We’re going into cozy weather. I’m going to miss summer for sure,
but I do love a good little candle light moment. I’ve done that recently with my friends
doing candles, some candles around the apartment, and a bit of a movie
night girls movie night. That’s been super fun. I would definitely recommend
doing the same. Just get yourself some candles. Get cozy. Next thing I want to mention,
speaking of just like cozy things to watch, is one of my absolute
guilty pleasures on YouTube. I love watching Pop The Balloon. Judge me all you want, but I think it is
such an absolutely entertaining show. It is so vain and I love it. Like there’s
just something really delightful about how ridiculous that show is. I feel that way about most dating shows,
but there’s something about Pop the Balloon I really like because
it’s like the singular episode, is it? And like, it’s
not like one of those shows like Love Is Blind or something like this,
where you have a season and there’s like multiple episodes
and you get invested in like the character arcs
and like these sorts of things. I kind of like the finality like when
the episode is done, the episode is done. And they do have like follow up episodes on their channel where they do catch up
with some of the people who have matched. And you can kind of hear
whether or not things progressed, but I really like how it’s all just like
encapsulated in the one episode, and it’s like every Thursday
and I love it. I live for it.
I look forward to it every week. Even in Croatia. I turned it on to watch with my mom. I love it, it’s amazing. I just think it’s it’s very good. It’s very good. There’s a reason they were picked up
by Netflix. It’s very good. Another September favorite of mine,
is getting back into journaling or using my agenda
more so I don’t really use my agenda for my day to day stuff quite as much. I think within my new job and everything. Keeping everything within my virtual
calendar just makes a lot of sense. What I really do
enjoy doing is taking my agenda with me. I have a bunch of like empty
little notebook pages within it. I take it with me and go to a cafe
maybe on the weekend. Have myself a coffee or like a mimosa
and just scribble down my thoughts. And it could be whatever’s on my mind. It could be like a to do list. It could be something about things
I want to include in an upcoming vlog, whatever that might be,
but have really enjoyed reconnecting with my agenda in that way
and feeling a little bit less pressured to make everything
very like work and accountability focused, and just kind of using this as a way
to get my thoughts out on paper. And the agenda that I use
is the large size one from Louis Vuitton. I’ve had this for a few years now. I just think it’s incredible.
It’s so cute. Another September favorite for me, which I came across in Greece, once again
referencing the Greece vlog. So one of the shops that I had went to when I was in Greece was this like
multi-brand kind of boutique. I had heard about it on CN traveler,
and when I was there I came across this incredible t shirt. Made of the softest, best cotton I feel like
I’ve ever experienced in my life. I was immediately smitten with it,
so I ended up buying it right on the spot. And I was a bit bummed because they didn’t have other colors
of this shirt available in the store. They only had it available in brown. So did by the brown. I will wear the brown, no problem
with the brown, but I was really hoping to get black and white as well. So I’ve been struggling a bit with my Uniqlo shirts
where they get these like very prominent pit stains, though I’ve never had
that happen on any other shirt that I own. And despite like how I try to wash it out,
whether it is with like whitening agents or stain remover or whatever, like these,
this kind of like discoloration stays. So I was really thrilled
when I came across these shirts, because I think they’re going to be a far
better alternative to the Uniqlo shirts. And now I would say Uniqlo
shirts are really good, especially for the price point
that they sit within. I think that the quality for
the price is very fair. These shirts are significantly
more expensive than a Uniqlo shirt, I will warn you, but quality
when I tell you it’s incredible. I mean it is so incredible.
These are the shirts I’m talking about. So I did find them from another retailer
online in the white, in the black that I wanted. I actually bought four, two of each color
in two different styles, one and like a full length shirt
and one in like a baby tee kind of style. So this is what the shirts look like. They’re just nice. I just wish you could feel like how great
the cotton is. The quality is incredible. And the brand is called Sunray Spirit. Now you have to get the spirit brand
if you’re a lady, because spirit is the subbrand of Sunray
that has women’s wear. Sunray sportswear is the main line,
and that is for men’s clothing. So I just want to be clear,
I am buying the Sunray spirit line. As it says,
all the shirts are made in Japan. I got them in black and white
and it just says that they’re made of 100% premium cotton. Now here in Europe,
I was able to buy them from an E-retailer
based in Belfast of all places. There was nowhere in Germany
that sold Sunray Spirit online, but if you’re in the US, there’s
loads of options for you retailers. I mean, if you’re in the UK
you can even use the Belfast one. For example, in Australia
it’s super easy to get. In Asia it’s super, super easy to get. I’ll just kind of link
their main distributor page in the description box below,
and then you can kind of navigate around to see who the distributors
and boutiques are within your own country. But yeah, I ordered them from the
Belfast place and they came like next day. I was really impressed. Big shout out to that Belfast retailer
for shipping them so quickly. But they’re just so nice. Soft wearing the baby
T version of the Black Shop right now. It’s just incredible. I love it and I just think you need really nice cotton shirts,
especially as you go into fall, because they’re perfect
for layering under sweaters with blazers. Jackets. Speaking of jackets, another September
favorite of mine, an all season favorite. But obviously come September I really get
to lean into it is a good suede jacket. So this is my suede jacket. I had bought it in Korea
when I was in Korea this past fall. I also have my Little Korea vlogs up
in case you’re curious
of that shopping experience. It is genuine leather. It smells incredible and it has like this
very kind of boxy kind of shape to it. I didn’t want to do something
super modern for my for my suede jacket. I didn’t want to get like a blazer style
or anything too fitted, because I felt like that
look could come in and out of trend. So I felt like a nice boxy straight
coat suede jacket would be timeless. And I feel like that is true. The other jacket that I have been living
for this September has been my rain jacket. So this jacket is one of the two
that I had gotten from Arc’teryx in a recent vlog. It’s been fantastic.
I really like this jacket. It’s super lightweight,
but it is very dependable. It definitely does keep you dry and
it works well as a windbreaker as well. It keeps me pretty warm as well. I wore it also on Octoberfesr
because what’s nice about this jacket is
you can roll it up, I’ll show you. Okay, here we go. So I rolled it up
and you can see the whole jacket kinda fits within the hood of the jacket,
so it’s super compact. Fantastic to keep in a work bag,
purse, backpack, wherever. Because in case some rain does come,
I feel like this is a lot more compact than even most umbrellas. And the more light waves
that an umbrella, to be honest. Just throw it in your bag
and you are pretty set. So I’ve been loving this rain check.
I think it’s great. I was not much of a rain
jacket girl in Ireland, which I know is kind of ironic,
but I feel like in Ireland. The problem is it’s not just the rain. The rain is so constant,
but it’s also the temperature. So I would never have just a rain jacket. I would always have like a down jacket
that’s also water resistant or waterproof, and that would end up serving me a lot better than having a rain jacket,
because this just isn’t warm enough. But here in Munich this is fantastic. It’s more than enough. And especially if I’m like cycling or
something. This is great. There’s also vents all through the sides
and around the armpits. So that if you are cycling
or doing some activities, you can open the vents to still get
a little bit of an air flow going on while you’re still getting the rain protection.
So yeah, super great. I’ve really enjoyed this.
So we’re wrapping up now. This is like my second to last
September favorite is this lip combo. I’ve been loving this lip combo. So this is my absolute favorite
Charlotte Tilbury or lip liner in general. Let me see if I can get this to focus. It’s called Supersize Me
by Charlotte Tilbury. A lot of people like Pillow Talk, okay,
a lot of people go for pillow talk. That is the namesake lip liner
that Charlotte Tilbury has. But Supersize Me is the true best lip liner color, if you ask me and see. That is a great color. It’s a great color. I love Supersize Me
so it’s been sold out more recently at the stores in Munich
and finally caught. One of the store is doing a restock
and I was able to get more because I hate ordering
this kind of stuff online. I like to just pop into the store
and just grab it. And then what I’ve really been
enjoying is doing a little lip liner, like the Supersize Me. Sometimes I’ll do it a bit thicker
and kind of blend it into the lip more. And then I’ll just do a bit of a clear
gloss. You can see this like a nice
all clear gloss. This is one of the glosses that I picked up
when I was last in Korea from PMR whatnot. But honestly you can get a clear glass from any brand
you like or any gloss you like. I am still using these PMR ones
and I will link them in case you’re curious,
so you can get them delivered directly to your door via Olivia Young’s
new International delivery service. They used to only be like
shipping in Korea, but now you can get it delivered
from anywhere, which is super, super nice. I don’t know how that works in the U.S
though I don’t know about the tariffs and stuff, I’ll be honest with you,
but super convenient for everybody else in the world. Another thing
I’ve been loving is my new iPhone. So I got the iPhone 17, the Pro version. I’ve really been enjoying it. I’m still learning
about some of the video features for it, and I do want to really, you know,
figure it out to the full extent. But I have been loving some of the new features,
like the dual capture is really cool. The front camera on
this phone is incredible. I really enjoy that. Overall, it’s been a very nice little September buy
to have gotten this phone, I think fantastic timing
to have gotten it. Going into my most recent trip in Croatia,
I think I got some really nice pictures and videos with this phone
during that trip. And the final September favorite
I’m going to share with you is travel. This last month of travel
has been amazing. I think it’s been so sweet
because I didn’t really travel that much more recently
because of the new job, I wanted to really focus on being present
and, you know, I didn’t want to get ahead of myself
was using too many vacation days
or anything like that, but traveling this past month has been just fantastic. I feel so much more like myself,
so much less burnt out. It’s just been super, super great. I think traveling in September is
just such a great month to go somewhere. If you can go somewhere. The weather is still fantastic in most places in Europe
and the crowds start to decrease a bit. prices start to even out a bit. So just such a nice time to travel. I mean, Greece was incredible. You saw the vlog,
like I can mention a million more times, but I had such a great time in Greece
and I’m so excited to go to Greece again next year. Croatia was super lovely. I hope you enjoyed the little peeks of the travel
that I did do while I was there. I really had such a lovely
and relaxing time in Croatia and coming up we have some exciting travel. We have some more stuff
to do inside Germany which I might not vlog
that much about to be honest, but we do also have, quite a lot of travel
coming up in Paris. It’s been so long
since we’ve been in Paris. I’m so excited to go back to Paris. We’re going to do
my mom’s birthday in Paris. So we’re going to have
a really touristy time in Paris. So I’m excited to do that with you guys. And then we’re going to do a girls trip in Paris that is going to be
a little bit more, you know, the bars, the clubs,
the fun, the adventures of Paris. But I think both of the trips
are going to be so lovely and so nice
to finally get to go back to Paris. I think the last time I was
there was November of last year. Usually I don’t spend so much time
outside of Paris, but it’s just been, it’s been a different kind of year
this year, so I’m excited to go back. But yeah,
those are my September favorites. That is what I’m going to wrap up
this week’s vlog with next time we get together, we’re going to talk
a lot more about outfits and jewelry
and everything related to fall winter. I cannot wait!
