I coach the weight loss FREEDOMN LIFESTYLE: I help people to LOSE weight and REGAIN their health. I am always lean because of the foods I eat, and therefore, I share this health based lifestyle with the world. I recommend a high carbohydrate, low fat, low protein diet. This is a vegan way of living. The foods that I eat do not make me fat. For example, even at Christmas, I am still lean and healthy!

Another positive consequence of the food I recommend is that I always feel full of energy. I recommend a high-energy performance and freedom lifestyle focused on good health. This freedom is from the modern health care system. I also recommend cycling as part of the lifestyle I promote. Cycling gives you a true sense of freedom and adventure in life. I power my training with white table sugar. That’s right! At least 100 grams an hour during your ride means you can ride as far as you want, as fast as you want! Cycling uphill really is the BEST way to move your body for weight loss.
I love cycling, which means that riding my bike is never exercise, but it is my daily dose of having fun while moving my body. However, riding a bike also comes with other positive health consequences such as making you fitter! Cycling is also the best exercise for weight loss.

At the periphery are the supporting elements to help you succeed. These include setting clear goals, removing drugs, and creating a supportive social circle of supportive people.

Basically more sugary stuff. More sugar and more carbs. Now if you’re wondering what bike am I using? Well, it’s a giant TCR. The frame is a 2024 TCR SL frame and it’s ribbed mechanical. And yes, I’m using 25 mm tires off road and it’s a lot of fun. Look at that. 25 mm at uh about 95 PSI I think today. So yeah, it’s a lot of fun. Believe me. I’ll show you some more of the view. More the motivation. Ow ow ow. Look at that. Just hiding behind the hedro is freedom. Well, at least that’s what freedom looks like. Nature. So, yeah, training.
