I don't know if its different in other countries but. The car that is crossing another cars path from the right have the right to go first. So the gray car goes first. It crosses the orange cars lane from the right. As long as there are no other trafficsigns this is the rule. Cars from the right always go first.
Priory is a little unclear, however once the grey car is on the through road it has priority as the orange car has to give way to traffic on the through road. So, if I were the orange car I'd wait for the grey car to pass.
