I had a purple scoot in the 80’s IDK what brand it was but it said “Mondo Rad” on it.
My neighbor with down syndrome cruised the neighborhood on one of these growing up.

That fork looks a bit off. Those are fun, but only worth fixing up for yourself. If it was a Schwinn Yo Deluxe, or Peregrine Perfectionist, maybe. Those have frames that are cross-braced, so the people who saw them in shops in 87 can ride them now with less frame flexion.
