The Truck Stop Bar is a drop bar with 30cm rise. Taking into account the bar's bends, angles, and 30cm rise, can interrupter levers be mounted without sacrificing any functionality and/or basic cockpit ergonomics? Or will they need to be mounted in a less than ideal position? I also have on of the ubiquitous cell phone holders on my bar just next to the stem.

I've never used interrupters levers. I have a 2011 Trek 520 tour bike with the stock drop bars and want a little more reduced reach/slightly more upright position and thought this bar (and possibly in conjunction with a replacement stem) could do the job.

Nearly all my riding is in the urban metropolis.

Not sure if the slight flare to the bar is useful as it may just add unnecessary width which could impact cutting lanes etc. (although I occasionally do ride short sections of dirt/grass so there may be some slight stability gain likely).

Thoughts?
