Just finished my road setup on the Grizl 7
I lost almost 1.5 kg, now it weighs around 9.5 kg.
I made it "low cost" since I don't have a lot of money for a road bike.
Setup in case some might want to copy it :
– Elite Wheels ent disc 2.0 (~300€ on aliexpress)
– Cassette Shimano CS-HG710 12V 11-36 (65€)
– brake disc Shimano Deore SLX SM-RT70 (50€ for 2)
Total 415€ for a second bike, no need to buy an Ultimate (for the moment) 😁

Nice!! I have the same in grey. I want also to achieve the same setup as you😅 what tire in mm are you using? I installed 28mm but seems a bit small I think 32mm is the way to go
