A stem cap for a quill stem? I’m kind of confused.

If it’s kinda a big hollow gap on top I’d recommend digging thru a local co-op. If it’s just the bolt head then that’s just the look. You could always swap the stem for tens of dollars
Edit: sometimes schwinn stuff does have to be schwinn stuff if it’s the right vintage. But this looks like classic 22.2mm quill
