2019 Specialized Elite Carbon – Worth $700?

I'm looking at this bike mainly just for commuting, biking around the city, and the occasional long distance ride.

The seller is throwing in mudguards, a lock, and a bottle cage.

This is my first time shopping for a bike so I can't tell but this seems to be a good deal for a full carbon frame bike, right? Am I missing something?
