I think it’s the rear derailer I had to force it in so it’s in bent kind of waiting until Tuesday to go to my bike shop about it but wondering if it’s the chain or cassette

I think you answered your own question here mate. If you’re rear derailleur is bent then your probably out of index too causing that noise.
