Hey, Kellen. Adam, mate, I’m coming to visit you next Friday. Let’s do something cool. Maybe we can go into the city. Maybe catch a game or something. H. Well, I’m thinking something more international. Got any ideas? Okay, I got you. So, off we went. After some searching, we found some reasonably priced flights to Brussels, Belgium. was struck by the cartoon artwork all around the city, including the statue of the man with the fine mustache. It was a lovely day with many fine buildings to take photos of. Hello. [Music] Nice shopping district. And as you may see in the video, there’s many chocolate shops. [Music] We arrived at the Grand Palace area. This is probably the prettiest part of the city. Very ornate in its architecture with the guild hall and pleasant to spend some time investigating. And just taking in that city life. But it was time for food and we chose the sandwich and chips option which was a good choice. Moved on to a beverage and just one more beverage. The beer was fantastic. [Music] And it was time for dessert. The Belgium specialtity, the waffles. We went for the plain one with chocolate. [Music] And as you’ll see, it’s absolutely delicious, but it can be quite messy. [Music] No idea how I managed to get chocolate on my nose. [Music] We continued our walk through Brussels and like many cities it has a big wheel but we didn’t go on that. walked around the park to Brussels, see the many parks and gardens. This is quite a peaceful area. And in between, we had looked in a couple of shops and bought some artwork, very wellmaintained. Is one of the many chocolate shops buying gifts and souvenirs. and it wouldn’t be Europe unless it rained at least once throughout the day. But that wasn’t going to dampen our spirits. The rain soon passed, but so did our day in Brussels. It was time to head back to the airport. If you’ve got the opportunity to do it in one day, it’s close enough and it’s a good day. Thank you for watching and I’ll see you on the road.
