Yes, cracked. I’ll try contacting the manufacturer even if past the warranty.
Otherwise, I am not sure it worth welding it back. The aluminium is probably quite fatigued if it broke like this.

There is a crack running all along the part where the paint has come off, all the way through to the other side. I would not ride this anymore. Didn’t you notice the extra flex in the frame?
