There should be a preload “bolt” in the outside edge of the left crank arm, the one you’re moving. Loosen the two pinch bolts, make sure the preload is threaded into the spindle, tighten the preload, then torque the pinch bolts to between 12 and 14 nm. I like to go to 13 nm.
