Love my Grand Canyon On 7 but have only had a week and the head tube has a really weird cracking sound when I turn the front wheel in both directions. Someone thinks it may be the wires that are run through and others think there's a faulty bearing or something. Anyone experience this?
Other strange thing is there is also a limitation on how far of an angle I can turn the front tire which I've never seen on a mountain bike. On tight switchbacks I actually need more of an angle it allows, maybe I can have that adjusted somehow.

Waiting for Canyon supports response but has been a few days and no follow up from them yet.
