I met Richard at his workshop in Connecticut in about 1985. He was very nice to me and talked to me about building frames. It was a tiny one man shop and he had work to do, I really appreciated him spending the time.

Is that wheelset really worth it? I mean a pair of high end campagnolo’s wouldn’t be more appropriate?
never ridden carbon spokes, but they seem such a bad idea compared to what a reputable producer can do with metal.
