Marin Gestalt 2 58 cm with SRAM – $450 good deal?

I found this used listing on FB marketplace. I’m trying to branch out from a hybrid broke to a more sporty bike, ideally a gravel bike.

I found this Marin Gestalt 2 but I’m concerned that the cassette shows rusting. What do you think this is worth?
