I just put new tyres (Pirelli scorpione XC RC)+sealant+new tape on stans no tubes rims and this morning I got a surprise, the tyre was empty this morning. It's leaking through valve and nipple. Any suggestions what to do in this case. The sealant is Stan's no tubes as well.

Check the tape and the tubeless valve, only places where it can come into the rim.
You need to retape. I’ve used Terravail tape with good results. Make sure you’re using appropriate width tape for your rims.
