Well give us something to go on. My first hunch is you tried to go tubeless on a rim that isn’t tubeless compatible.
Is there more to tell us so we can help?

I usually don’t drink milk on rides but if I do, I put it in a bottle.

Either non-tubeless compatible rim or poor tape job if the sealant is making it’s way through spoke holes and the rim joint.

Check if your rim tape is still fine.

Looks like rim might be cracked? If so, it’s replacement time.

Either a non tubeless compatible rim or rim tape not done quite well enough.

Regardless of the tape situation, I can’t imagine a leaky seam like that working for tubeless? I’m not an expert though. What rims/wheels are these?

This often happens when installing the tire with a tire lever, bunching up the tape. Probably just needs to be re-taped.

Had this happen to me. Had a wheel set tubeless ready, the rear went fine, the front was a struggle.
I ended up cutting small squares of rim tape for each spoke hole, then used a blow dryer to kind of heat the glue up and seal it better. Then taped the wheel like normal. Put the tire on and sealant in, and in the morning it was flat.
I pumped it back up and went for a ride, pressure lasted for about 48 hours. Turns out the stem seal was still a bit leaky but I eventually fixed that.
Best of luck.
