Im more of a runner but would like to bike here and there. Not doing any races any time soon. Most mileage Id do is 30 miles every now and then with 10-20 being the average maybe monthly?

If it’s all in good order, and the tires are good and it’s ready to ride, it’s a fine price for the bike.
It looks to be something like a “Felt FIT Woman 1.3 ZW series Carbon Road Bike”
250 assuming usd. Look out for creaks whilst test riding as it may be cracks in the CF. Check bottom bracket for play and see if the rim braking surface is good (there will be an indicator on there either in the form of a line throughout the whole rim or small holes placed throughout
