My 4yr old boy is 3’ 9” and growing fast, I put him on a 14” bike at one of our local shops and while he fit perfectly he looked huge on the bike, I sat him down on a 16” and it was a tad big on him, this was a few months back and he’s grown since then so im hoping I made the right choice.

Next one don’t go with elite if he progresses. Elite is all hi ten steel. And on the cheap side of hi ten. For that size. He’s just getting into it so go for it. But for real. Fit and other good brands have the perfect setups for your next size up. I love the way the minis look all streeted out. Good choice in the color!
Dude i love it. However my kid is 7 and on her third bike after sizing up twice so depending on the cost you may want to go for something cheaper. Still a badass little whip nonetheless
