Without any actual information I’m taking a WILD stab here based off the gears your bike is in.
My guess is that you can’t shift out of the smallest cog on the back nor the smallest ring on the front. If that’s the case, my guess is that somehow both of your shift cables have snapped since the default gears when that happens are smallest ring and smallest cog.

With this info, or lack there of, there’s no way we can help. Best recommendation, take it to a shop. Be prepared for them to either run up a big repair bill or suggest a new bike.

Pictures are helpful, but some words would also help.
When I zoom in, picture #10 looks like something is stuck in your chain.

That’s a lot of photos to end up with absolutely zero context as to what’s wrong with your drivetrain OP.

Looks like chain is kinked, frozen

Hi all, I’m so sorry but my text somehow deleted – I promise I added more info! Basically, I was cycling and heard a loud noise and my gears became jammed. The chain had come off, so I reset it. I could cycle for a couple of seconds before it clunked again and the chain was off. I’m really not sure what’s wrong – I am no expert and a novice cyclist so it all looks normal to me. But it’s not. When I walk the bike, the pedals turn normally and the chain goes around but the pedals are unable to go backwards as you usually can push them backwards without the chain moving – they are stuck in that direction if that makes sense.
ChatGPT says that the derailleur has become misaligned with the cogs. Something about derailleur hanger being bent or broken. Does this mean I need to replace the whole derailleur (or more than that?)? If so, does anyone have an idea of how much this costs?
Thanks for all the suggestions so far. I hope that nothing is majorly wrong given the chain does run. Hope this info adds more insight – please let me know if this changes your view!

Like others have said, need more details. Is the derailleur hanger bent? It doesn’t appear the derailleur cogs are lined up with the rear sprockets. That will cause all kinds of chain issues.
