I would take it to shop; the rear derailleur appears broken.
I mean sure you can fix anything on a bike yourself. But if you’re asking what the problem is.. maybe you should take it to a bike shop. Your derailleur broke and needs to be replaced.
Shop
Whew. That derailleur is grade-A toast. Did you bump or smash It at any point? Or pick up a stick in the drivetrain? In any case, you need a new derailleur which isn’t too difficult a fix. It will cost some money though.
You’re going to need a new derailleur and check the mech hanger to see if it’s bent. This probably happened because the limit screws were not properly set and the derailleur got caught in the spokes.
There are probably more things wrong than just a broken derailleur. Your hanger could be toast. The chain went behind your cassette which could result in damaged spikes and your chain might be tweaked too. This will require a thorough inspection and drivetrain repair.
If you are handy and know your way around a bike, I suspect you will be capable of replacing the derailleur and sorting the chain. I reckon if you need to ask what to do. Bring it to a bike mechanic.
Shouldn’t flip the bike over like that just to air up the tires
Ouch…🍀
This is a common case of JRA (just riding along). As already mentioned, take it to a shop and get it fixed proper. It’ll cost you a new derailleur, likely a chain and probably a hanger.
Limit screws weren’t set
From the actions I’m seeing in this video, you need to bring this to a shop.
Why at you trying to turn the wheels when the derailleur cage isn’t even attached.
Take this to a shop before you do any more damage by mistake.
