Darlington Park Run, is a very popular park run with generally over 200 runners over each week. it is well organised and friendly. Toilets are available. Its quite a fast 3 lapped course with just a little hill in it. It was my 14th visit to Darlington and always enjoy it

[Music] so today I’m actually uh going to run around daring park run I’ve done this par room quite a few times it’s a three lap course um it’s quite a nice little Park room with a little bit of a just a little bit of an incline just towards uh the end of each lap it’s a really nice park so here we go so this is South Park uh the location for darling Parker if you want to see the whole course fire your drone then keep watching it comes up later in the video [Music] so this is the park run um it’s obviously a well attended park run as you can see only a couple of hundred here said big LS and the start is over the other side of the green just over there and the Finish is just along there it’s just wonder through briefing coming up and if regular volunte of the lead pleas please be careful of people in the park park as well just be shouting this time but that’s be done if we head on the start line thanks guys [Music] much [Music] m [Music] m [Music] [Music] so this is a little Hill the [Music] these [Music] n [Music] so this is Darling park run and it’s been well organized as it always is [Music]
