Hey all,
I put PPF on my matte road bike frame and removed it. Now the areas where the film was are lighter and look uneven. Cleaning didn’t help—rubbing caused black streaks, and water misting only partially hides it.
Can I fix this with a matte clear coat or lacquer? Do I need to sand first, or can I just spray? Any tips for spot-fixing without ruining the rest of the frame would be amazing.
