Goran Kropp, nicknamed “The Crazy Swede,” undertook an epic journey cycling 13,000 km from Sweden to Nepal, then climbed Mount Everest solo without supplemental oxygen. On May 23, 1996, he reached the summit.

Instead of taking an easy way home, Kropp cycled another 13,000 km back to Sweden, showcasing his resilience and determination as a true adventurer.

Tragically, in 2002 Kropp di3d in a climbing accident on a 70-foot cliff in Washington, USA. Despite his short life, he remains an inspiration for his courage and persistence.
