And I’m not going to be filming much probably cuz my camera does not like rain. Uh, we’re going to be climbing some hills. It’s probably not going to look very nice and that’s going to suck, but that’s okay, I guess, cuz we’ve seen nice things already, right? We’ve seen enough nice things. We don’t need any more nice things. Uh yeah. So, we’ve just been climbing uphill for a while and we’re stopping here. I’m kind of discovering that these bags aren’t exactly super waterproof. Hello. Yeah, Pam and Ryan are in here getting food, I think. Hello, camera. We are in Vasan Vassan. Uh I don’t know exactly what time it is, but we I don’t know how much we’d climb, maybe 400, 500 m. Um I thought I ate a huge breakfast and then also another snack and yet I’m [ __ ] starving and it feels like we haven’t done that much. So this is pretty crazy. I think it’s just the rain and the cold is like destroying my energy. Oh. Oh yeah, that’s cool. But yeah, it’s going to be I think it’s it’s going to be real cool when we get uh when we start climbing the hooks. Like if we get good views from below, it’s going to be good. Yeah. The real difficulty of Purka Pass is that we’ll never we’ll never finish it cuz we’ll be stopping to take pictures every two seconds. Okay. Yeah. Really? Heat. [Applause] Heat. I can’t hear you. The view is literally just going to get better and better. It’s It’s breathtaking in two ways. Cuz it’ll It’s breathtaking, but it’s also going to I’m in disbelief. I don’t understand really what’s happening right now. Look at this motion. I feel like at altitude you could get a little delirious and that that combined with the beauty is uh interesting. There seems to be this some kind of an museum here. Maybe showing off different parts of I don’t know if it’s Swiss culture. I see bag pipes. This looks very Scottish. Very interesting. Oh, Scottish patterns from Italy. Interesting. Oh, you could read things here. Yeah, we’re kind of uh there’s lots of interesting things here, but we’re kind of on a time limit. So, yeah, it’s always it’s always uh you never have enough time for everything. Yeah, could have seen some cave paintings probably. And it’s like maybe maybe we should maybe we should have stayed longer. But uh yeah, sometimes I don’t know. There’s a lot of hard decisions to make. I guess this this is where we are. [Applause] Perfect. Okay. So, I didn’t uh really explain anything today. It’s like halfway through the day. We’re just taking a rest day cuz it’s supposed to be a rainy day. Uh a pretty rainy day today and supposed to be a little less rainy tomorrow. and critically. So, there’s kind of some ideas of there’s some ideas there’s some ideas of uh camping higher up tomorrow potentially. Uh like we’ll see what happens. We’ll see also what we have to do and what you know what h you know. Uh yeah. Um but basically we’re just cutting out the rainiest day. That’s the That’s the most important part. Although it looks it looks all right. Oh, it’s it’s it it was raining before. It was raining before and it’s supposed to rain a lot tonight. That’s a thing. So, yeah. So, we’re uh biking out of here like 3 km. We have our first uh paid indoor accommodations, right? Oh, true. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That’s right. That’s right. That’s true. Yeah. That’s going to be like probably worse than any free indoor accommodations we’ve had. Yeah, but like Switzerland. Yeah, I know. Yeah. So, who knows? Who knows? So, Oh. Oh, well, we’ll see. Pretty deep. Yeah. Hey. Hello everyone. So, we’re uh uh we’re in a hostel. We got a our first uh indoor paid accommodations. Um yeah, just had a good night’s sleep. There was just me, random Pam. Um but there’s six of these. I’ve never seen something like this, right? Where they’re all lined up. I think there’s there’s other rooms where it’s like two sets of two bunk beds. Uh yeah, but we got a room like this. Uh yeah, but yeah, like I said, it’s pretty chill cuz there’s there weren’t other people. Um yeah, so in theory, hard day today. Uh probably beautiful day today. I moved my bike up here so that I could uh be cooking here. And it uh I don’t know, looks pretty epic on this hill. Yes, I’m going to be taking different shots. Taking these shots a bunch of times, I think. Oh, that’s good. It’s good. Okay. I really like if not for the first time I see that the mountain over there is actually like covered in snow and stuff. Snowy peaks. That’s a big one. I wonder what that is. You can see the little moon over there.
