Hey reddit!
Bought the giant defy a few months ago from FB marketplace for $200 (aud) bike shop said although it’s “old” it’s a great bike in great condition for a the price. love riding it just had it serviced and got some clip-less pedals and shoes also. I figure the bike is quiet old due to my research being the group set was manufactured in 2007 (shimano Sora ST-3400) would you recommend upgrading parts on the bike ie new group set etc if so what? or just waiting a while and going a whole new bike?
