Found a 2018 Salsa Fargo XL which looks to be in pretty good shape for $1300. 27.5+ tires, says it has a carbon fork (wouldn’t that be black?). Would use this for short bikepacking trips. Would like to know if this is a fair price

Yeah, seems fair to me. That’s without knowing how the market is where you live though.
That bike does have a carbon fork, it is non boost so it can be a bit annoying if you want to upgrade your wheel on the future (pretty minor). Because it’s the older fork I’d try to talk them down a little bit, but not a horrible price
Seems like a great deal.
