I wont use it every day. It is light and smaller than my e bike. My commute is 24km one way.
I plan on using it on when I have to go to uni for just one lecture. So that I at least have a nice workout on the way back (I do the way there using the train to avoid sweat.) I can just take my phone stylus to take notes and rent a uni laptop.
I have used the bike for the last week for workouts around my neighborhood. But my question is: should i have extra care because of the carbon fork? I try to slow down and hop the discontinuities on the road.
Pd this is the photo before I bought it, i put regular pedals.

Looks a lot like my first road bike perhaps a tuneup if it’s not shifting also, if it’s Old replacing the shifter cables and brake cables is always a good idea and replacing the brake pads. Just regular maintenance.
It should be able to cope with most bumps. The main concern for carbon frames is just be careful where you clamp it when doing maintenance, as the frame can easily be crushed by clamps. If possible, clamp the seapost.
I commute on a similar bike, chromoly frame, carbon fork, for over 5, hop the potholes, no frame/fork issues. I would be more worried about the spoke count, rather than the fork.
That outer chainring is likely made of aluminium and is likely proprietary, so think about replacement some time in the future. Also I had an issue with a freehub (DT swiss), the thing is so light and fragile, I have overtightened quick release and crushed some spacer inside the hub, had to replace it.
