Take it to your hardware store and match it to the one’s in the parts bin. Pretty sure these are generic screws.

These bolts have narrower heads than a generic bolt, so if you need one, I recommend getting the actual item so you don’t end up wedging the head into the arm’s bolt hole and regretting it. A bike shop should be able to hook you up.
