Come along for day 120 of biking around the world and day four of biking in France. We stayed in a town with a really beautiful castle and just a very cute vibe. And so we walked around, got some pastries in the morning and then hopped back on the EV1 and rode along the canal for another day. The path along the canal is so lovely. It’s really flat except when you go over the locks. And so we’ve just been cruising. Um we passed these goats. And this video I took is so funny. Um they were adorable. We stopped and had a little sandwich and then kept going. We were only riding like 40 miles today. So, we were able to pace ourselves and just enjoy the day. Um, we passed not as many people today. The weather, I guess, wasn’t as good as the last few days. So, we had the path more so to ourselves. We saw these people climbing, which was really cool. So, we stopped and watched that for a second. And then we rode the rest of the way to the Airbnb that we were staying in. And luckily, we made it just as it was getting dark, so we didn’t have to ride in the dark. And the woman who was hosting us was so kind. She gave us some wine and some soup for dinner. And we shared some apple crumble. And it was just such a nice way to end the day.
