The tubes at bottom are solid and no holes. Picked up the bike and it had a lot of mission parts on it like v1 transit cranks, v1 battalion forks. Rise is a tad more than 9" and 29 1/4 wide. Thought they were BSD but they had a small hole in the bottom tube cap and crossbar on these looks lower

No idea on the bars but why are there two different bikes?
Any marking on the grip area? Even just slighty?
