I had an incident about a month and a half ago where my derailleur hanger bolt snapped and sent the derailleur into the frame, it got peeled and immediately went to marin customer support, i mentioned to them that i am the second owner and their reply was:"if you can get the receipt we will warrant the frame", i immediately went to ask the owner for a receipt to which he said he will send the photo of the next day. Sadly nothing happened and i just want to ask does this area of the frame have any support for the hanger and can i bolt on a hanger and derailleur and start riding again. The bike is less than a year old and i am pretty bummed out about it, if you are able to give them, some tips would really help, thanks im advance.
