Hey everyone,
I’m thinking about getting a Canyon Endurace Allroad, but I’m stuck on sizing. I’m 179 cm tall, weigh 82 kg, and have an 81 cm inseam. Canyon’s size guide says M, but looking at the geometry chart, I’m kind of on the border between S and M.
I’m totally new to road/gravel bikes and not great at tweaking or adjusting bikes myself, so I’d really like something that just fits without a ton of modifications. I want it to be comfy for long rides but still handle well.
Has anyone with similar height/inseam/weight bought this bike? Did you go S or M, and how did it feel? Would love to hear your thoughts!

Are you really sure you have only a 81 cm inseam? Seems very short to me. Have you pushed the book really tight up between your legs, like sitting on a saddle? That’s very important!
But if so, I would use the smaller size. Otherwise you cannot pull out the saddle very much and you would lose a lot of flex, which would make your ride very uncomfortable.
