Doesn’t matter what kinda waterproof super magic sauce you got. You bike in the rain for any extended period of time, you’re getting soaked. It’s all part of the fun.

Try ‘Boot Bananas’ for drying your shoes. No electricity needed and they work really well.
Put foot inside plastic bag then you can stay dry wearing wet shoes
That could make them shrink
