You maybe have seen the previous post on buying that Brompton bike for 550 eur! I asked for some more pictures and he is very friendly. He sent me many pictures and the bike is in very nice conditions except for this scratch, do you think it's a bad damage that decrease the safety of the bike?

If a scratch compromised structural integrity, I’d be on a ventilator!
For a long time now, I get a new bike and deliberately drop it, lean it against bricks ASAP. Get a nick on it. Get over that “ooh, must protect it” phase, it’s pointless.
