i would rather be worried about all that metal chips.
a bit of rust is “normal” how often do you lube your chain?
There’s small pieces of metal
Did you oiled your chain?
I might be mistaken but isn’t this wax remains? I’d clean it thoroughly, dry, and apply lube or wax again.
