I have a problem with my Shimano Sphyre RC903 where my fitter put on a wedge and a long screw. When i'm pedalling there was this ticking sound so when i inspect and try to tighten using torque wrench (5-6NM), the screw wont tighten as if it was slipping. Then I attempted to loosen it but it wont loosen. Help pls

Use a flat screwdriver or similar to lever under the bolt putting some outward pressure on it as you loosen the screw. Sounds like the thread had been damaged inside from over tightening
Maybe the screw is bent or damaged? Is it just one or you can’t remove all other screws?
