Hi Folks!

With the cool breeze rolling through and the first leaves beginning to fall, I've been tempted to take a wee trip to the green mountains this weekend for a camp, hike, and an epic ride.

I'll have to say I was swayed by this bikepacking.com route, which looks amazing but I'm hoping to cut this down to a do-able 1 day ride. Anyone from the area have any pointers on must do sections of this route? Singletrack is welcome (within reason lol).

Would greatly appreciate any tips or pointers!

  1. That would be a great choice – though once you get to Woodstock take River Road and head north on Cloudland – trust me on this one.

  2. Hmm, hadn’t seen this before. Looks like something I’d be interested in.

Been focused mainly on the Adirondacks lately but definitely wouldn’t mind some riding in Vermont.

    Thanks for sharing.

Vermonter here. I recommend checking out Ride with GPS. There are many, many rides in Vermont on there. I created and have ridden several of them. Enjoy!

  4. I live in central VT and have a slew of gravel routes, a few with singletrack mixed in. Feel free to shoot me a message…..
