Hi I’m looking at this bike on Facebook and I’m slightly concerned about the mark on the seat bar with the frame being carbon.
Owner says it’s just a scratch but it looks like it might be a bit deeper.

Looks like just the paint. I wouldn’t worry about it.
Check by touching it with your finger: if you feel a deformation and it’s soft when you press, the frame is done for.
If it’s as solid as anywhere else, then it’s just the paint and it’s fine.
I don’t think so. If you go to buy it, tap the area with a coin and see if there’s any obvious dulling of the sound around the damage, compare it to another place on the tube without any damage, etc.
