$200 for the bike, a portable tire pump, a regular tire pump a bike stand and a pair of clip in shoes that happen to be my size with tags on them. What do we think?
I mean if you want a basic bike then I’d do max 100. It’s old and judging by that stem and chimney the owner is in their 60s. Check those wheels too. Minimal spokes likely out of true and maybe cracks around the rim.

The seatpost is also on backwards. You will want to remedy that before riding

That would be a decent deal in my area, really hard to get a road bike with nice working brifters for less than this
