Kind of new to this, I’m using a 6mm Allen key that is going in and sitting correctly but I swear I feel like I’m about to break the bike. No matter what I do it won’t turn and come out. Any tips?
You’re going counter clock wise right? Since that is a new bike, the assembler seemingly forgot to use grease and now that thing is nigh on seized.

Penetrating oil can help, if you can get it into the threads (on the other side).

If there isn’t anything locking the axle on the other side just go with force paying attention not to strip it. If it’s any help, I find that unscrewing the bolt is significantly easier if the derailleur is “disengaged”. By this I mean that it isn’t tugging the chain, so maybe try to hold it with unscrewing
