Is the chain to thin for the cassette? Is the cassette worn out? Is the quick link stiff?

Nothing wrong with your chain, imo you need to adjust the derailleur. Try to get a little bit tension off the cable.

it’s catching the other cog isn’t it? Tune your derailleur

Follow along the the Park Tools video for tuning the rear derailleur. Looks like indexing is wrong

You could have a bent tooth on your cassette. Is it always at the same place on the same cog?

The indexing is fine. If the indexing was off it would catch more frequently (once or more per cog revolution.) It would be once per cog revolution if it was a bent tooth, and it isn’t that frequent.
There’s a stiff link in the chain. You can try working it by hand to loosen it up.

Looks like B tension issue to me (I’m not a bike mechanic but do my own work). Would love to hear other thoughts because I may be totally off.
B tension adjusts distance between the upper jockey wheel and the cassette. They sell special aligners for this, but you can also do it without them. What you can do is shift to your largest cog and then you want the space between the tooth of the cog and the tooth of the upper jockey wheel to be 3 mm. Coincidentally, the tool to adjust the B tension bolt happens to be a 3 mm hex. You can keep adjusting it until the hex wrench can fit through with little to no play.
