Can someone help me with the sound my bike makes? I hear it only when i put force on my pedals. I have a canyon endurace 6 btw. Any ideas please?

Clicking is generally due to movement. Before disassembly the BB and start fiddle with that which is many would do, check for any loose bolt especially on the crankset. Remove, grease and reinstall. Same with pedals
