I'd like to accomplish my goal of completing a triathlon and am looking at this Felt road bike for $220. Dropped it down from its original price at $280. Is it a good price? Also I'm 5'9 and the frame is 56", is that a good size? I'm roughly 185 lbs and in rather good shape. Thank you in advance and if you have any advice in training for a triathlon please comment below!

That 56 frame is made for you. $220 is not bad. It seems old because it still has rim brakes. I’d look for disc brakes.
