Crime in UK is not being reported because people KNOW the police won't do anything about the crime, and even WHEN they get caught – often by complete accident – the courts release them with no punishment.

A nearby police officer heard this and found it extremely offensive toward his friendly neighborhood Muslim robber. "How dare he have a conversation with allah?!" said a police officer after a triumphant arrest.
Thing is if the dude in the car was like "fuck this" and knocked them off their bike and called the police HE would be the one arrested. (I dont mean run him down simply immobilize him)
