My kids pedal came off. Did a little searching and looks like I need a new pinch bolt. Anyone know where to get an exact replacement and also judging by the photos is this bike missing any spacers? Thanks in advance for the help bmx bike really aren’t my thing.

Your pinch bolt is gold and spindle bolt is black. If the gold pinch bolt is stripped you can easily get one at any hardware store for less than $1. The black spindle bolt that’s sitting loose, if it isn’t stripped out, could maybe just use a dab of thread locker. Looks like everything might be ok, just loosened apart.
What you have here is a a set of **unsealed American BB 8-spline 3-piece cranks**. There’s no fancy torque procedure on the arm, just put blue Loctite on the threads and that’s it. Although the spindles bearing preload will need to be periodically maintained to keep the cranks solid and smooth.
