I got this 2017 Canyon Spectral with this shock on it. The guy told that there were absolutely NO problems but here we are. I got scammed by a kid.. You guys think this is a simple service fix or are these Cane Creek DB inlines are just bad

CaneCreek DB Inline- I have zero idea why this could be happening. There is 200~ psi in there.

  1. It could be air in the negative air chamber. Let all the air out. Pump to 50 psi and manually extend the shock as much as you can. Pump to 100 and cycle the shock up and down.
Pump to full pressure and see it its fixed.
Another issue could be the shock has grease clogging the equalizing dimple. If the air can’t equalize then it will rebound slow

Send cane creek this video and get their take.

If you’re in WNC, you could probably arrange to go by their facility.
