Noticed I was missing some teeth. This cassette is only a couple months old, E thirteen helix plus 12spd xd driver. I was riding down the trail and it had a rough shift then went back to normal. Didn’t stop to look at it til next day.

EThirteen should warranty it. I’d replace the chain too. Can’t think of what would cause that. Nothing should really cause this other than a defective part IMO. What lube do you use? Wax I hope, otherwise it looks pretty bone dry. Even still, that should not cause a failure if this magnitude.
It could well just be material failure. I’d reach out to E*13 and see if they’ll warranty it. I’d be surprised if they wouldn’t.

I think the cause is the fact that it’s an ethirteen cassette which, as ethirteen product goes, got to be made from the lowest grade of metal possible.
